Following the notable development of container traffic and the consequential movement of the operational site from the port area to its hinterland, diverse service companies came into existence that offered overall cover to their clients.
These companies have most certainly made their contribution to the service in terms of management, while however reducing the role of the professional survey consultant. So, to purposefully create a structure able to unite the prerogatives of a professional studio with a true and proper service company, in 1997 Salomone & Partners was created. This company was made up of free-lance professionals with more than 20 years of experience in working in this sector.
